At Montgomerie Gray Boutique, we treasure your happiness and satisfaction. If your latest purchase isn’t quite hitting the mark, don’t fret! We’re here to make things right with a hassle-free refund or exchange. Just keep in mind our simple terms and conditions:

1. Fashion Flexibility: Didn’t get the size right or fancy a different style? We’ve got you covered! You can exchange any clothing or shoes within 14 days from the shipped date. Accessories, bags, decor, gifts or novelties are not returnable. You may also opt for a store credit for a future purchase.

2. Final Sale Alert: Please note that all sale items, accessories, jewelry, lingerie, and purses are final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged.

3. Shipping Charges: While we wish we could, shipping charges are non-refundable.

4. Return Postage: We ask that you handle the return postage, which is non-reimbursable. For peace of mind, we recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we can’t take responsibility for lost or stolen packages. Please understand we are a small privately owned boutique.

5. Responsibility Clause: Montgomerie Gray Boutique is not liable for lost or stolen packages once they’re in transit.

6. Condition Matters: To qualify for an exchange, items must be unworn, with original tags still attached, and accompanied by the receipt.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return or exchange is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. If a store credit is due you will receive an email notification. If you exchanged an item we will notify you of your new tracking info.

There is often some processing time before a return or exchange is posted. If it has been more than 48 hours (not weekends) and you have not received a notification from us, please contact us at Hello@montgomeriegray.com

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Hello@montgomeriegray.com

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you. 

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item
